Victoria Nowak, Professor Rupert Bourne and Mr Mike Burdon discussed the concept of a national network with trainees at the RCOphth Congress in Liverpool. A hands-in-the-air poll revealed that while just a handful of the packed room had already participated in prospective studies, almost all trainees were interested in doing so. The President of the RCOphth expressed her enthusiasm and support.
